FUNFUN（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリが収集・利用するデータについて説明します。
クラウドバックアップ機能を利用する場合、メールアドレスをご登録いただきます。メールアドレスは認証（OTPコード送信）およびバックアップデータの管理のみに使用します。
これらのデータは端末のローカルストレージ（AsyncStorage）に保存されます。ユーザーが明示的にクラウドバックアップを実行した場合のみ、Supabaseサーバーに送信されます。
チャット機能・文法チェック・日記生成の際に、ユーザーが入力したテキストが本アプリのAPIサーバーを経由してAIサービス（Google Gemini、OpenAI）に送信されます。送信されるデータには以下が含まれます：
メールアドレス、デバイス情報、位置情報、その他の個人を特定できる情報は送信されません。
これらのデータ送信は、ユーザーがチャット機能を初めて使用する際に表示される同意画面にて明示的に同意した場合にのみ行われます。同意しない場合、チャット・文法チェック・日記生成機能はご利用いただけませんが、フラッシュカードや単語帳などのオフライン機能は引き続きご利用いただけます。
これらのデータはAI応答の生成のみに使用され、本アプリのサーバーには永続的に保存されません。ただし、AIプロバイダー（Google、OpenAI）側では、サービスの改善やAIモデルの学習・訓練のためにデータが利用される場合があります。また、不正利用の検出を目的として、プロバイダー側で一定期間ログが保持されることがあります。詳細は各プロバイダーの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています：
本アプリのテキスト読み上げ（TTS）機能は、端末に内蔵されたTTSエンジン（expo-speech）を使用しており、音声データは端末内で処理されます。音声データが外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。
ユーザーは以下の方法でデータを削除できます：

本アプリは、上記の第三者サービスを除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・共有・譲渡することはありません。広告SDKやアナリティクスツールは導入しておらず、ユーザーのトラッキングは行いません。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報が収集されたことが判明した場合、速やかに当該情報を削除いたします。
本アプリはHTTPS通信を使用してデータを暗号化して送信します。APIキーはサーバー側で管理され、アプリ内には保存されません。ただし、インターネット上のデータ送信において完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知するとともに、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新します。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

FUNFUN ("the App") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
If you use the cloud backup feature, you will be asked to register an email address. Your email address is used solely for authentication (sending OTP codes) and managing backup data.
This data is stored in your device's local storage (AsyncStorage). It is only sent to the Supabase server when you explicitly perform a cloud backup.
When using the chat, grammar check, or diary generation features, text you enter is sent through the App's API server to AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI). Data sent includes:

This data transmission occurs only after you provide explicit consent through a consent screen displayed when you first use the chat feature. If you do not consent, chat, grammar check, and diary generation features will be unavailable, but offline features such as flashcards and word lists will remain accessible.
This data is used solely for generating AI responses and is not permanently stored on the App's server. However, the AI providers (Google, OpenAI) may use data for service improvement and AI model training. Additionally, providers may retain logs for a limited period for the purpose of detecting abuse and policy violations. Please refer to each provider's terms of service and privacy policy for details.

The App's text-to-speech (TTS) feature uses the device's built-in TTS engine (expo-speech), and audio data is processed locally on the device. No audio data is sent to external servers.

The App does not sell, share, or transfer user personal information to third parties, except through the third-party services described above. No advertising SDKs or analytics tools are integrated, and no user tracking is performed.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information of a child under 13 has been collected, we will promptly delete such information.
The App uses HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. API keys are managed on the server side and are not stored within the App. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure.
This Policy may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you within the App and update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
