InboxOfLife（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリが収集・利用するデータについて説明します。本アプリはローカルファースト設計であり、ユーザーが入力した情報は原則として端末内のローカルデータベースにのみ保存されます。
これらのデータは端末のローカルストレージ（SQLite / WatermelonDB）に保存され、開発者および第三者は直接アクセスできません。本アプリを端末から削除すると同時に削除されます。
ユーザーがチャット入力欄に投稿した自然文を AI が分類するため、以下の情報が開発者の運用する中継サーバー（Railway 上）に送信されます：
中継サーバーはリクエストを受け取った後、AI サービス（Google Gemini、OpenAI）に転送し、結果をユーザーの端末に返します。中継サーバーではリクエスト本文を永続化しません。氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、その他の個人を特定できる情報は送信されません。
AI プロバイダー（Google、OpenAI）側では、サービスの改善や不正利用の検出を目的として、各社のポリシーに従って一定期間ログが保持されることがあります。詳細は各プロバイダーの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
ホスティング事業者（Railway）の標準仕様により、以下のメタデータがアクセスログとして短期間保持されます：

本アプリはアカウント機能を持たないため、アカウント削除の手続きは不要です。データ削除に関するご要望がある場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までメールにてご連絡ください。
ユーザーは、アプリ内の「設定」画面から端末内のすべてのデータを JSON 形式でエクスポートできます。これにより、いつでも自分のデータを取り出すことが可能です。
本アプリは、上記の第三者サービスを除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・共有・譲渡することはありません。広告 SDK やアナリティクスツールは導入しておらず、ユーザーのトラッキングは行いません。
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13 歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。13 歳未満のお子様の個人情報が収集されたことが判明した場合、速やかに当該情報を削除いたします。
本アプリは HTTPS 通信を使用してデータを暗号化して送信します。API キーはサーバー側で管理され、アプリ内には保存されません。中継サーバーは共有トークンによる認証を要求し、想定外のクライアントからのアクセスを防いでいます。ただし、インターネット上のデータ送信において完全な安全性を保証することはできません。重要な機密情報は本アプリに入力しないことをお勧めします。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新し、必要に応じて App Store の説明欄でも告知します。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

InboxOfLife ("the App") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used. The App is local-first: content the user enters is, as a rule, stored only in a local database on the user's device.
This data is stored in the device's local database (SQLite / WatermelonDB) and is not directly accessible to the Developer or any third party. It is removed from the device when the App is uninstalled.
To classify your free-form input into the correct category, the following is sent to the Developer's relay server (hosted on Railway):
The relay server forwards the request to AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI) and returns the result to your device. The relay server does not persist the request body. Names, email addresses, location data, and other personally identifiable information are not sent.
The AI providers (Google, OpenAI) may retain logs for a limited period according to their own policies, for the purpose of service improvement and abuse detection. Please refer to each provider's terms of service and privacy policy for details.
By default behavior of the hosting provider (Railway), the following access-log metadata is retained for a short period:

The App has no account system, so account deletion is not required. If you have other data deletion requests, please contact us at the email address below.
You can export all on-device data as JSON from the in-app Settings screen at any time.
The App does not sell, share, or transfer your information to third parties, except through the third-party services described above. No advertising SDKs or analytics tools are integrated, and no user tracking is performed.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information of a child under 13 has been collected, we will promptly delete such information.
The App uses HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. API keys are managed on the server side and are not stored within the App. The relay server requires a shared-token authentication to prevent access from unexpected clients. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. We recommend that you do not enter highly confidential information into the App.
This Policy may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page, and where appropriate, also note the update in the App Store description. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
